Hotel Accommodations
Because of uncertainty about demand, we are not reserving a block of rooms in any one hotel. We encourage attendees to make their own arrangements
and check availability of such matters as on-site transportation to and from the Meet. We leave it to you to decide what other amenities you want in your
lodging: breakfast, pool, bar, etc. and we suggest utilizing facilities to the immediate west of the Fairgrounds in the west end of Allentown.
Please note that reservations should be made early as this is graduation season for several Lehigh Valley area universities. Click here for a sample list of lodging facilities in the area.
