From the roof of a nearby building we see former PRT car 5468 crossing Little River as it approaches West Capwell. This is one of several Philadelphia cars that got stranded in this neck of the woods when shortsighted, AAA card carrying, politicians forced local street railway companies to rip up track as soon as they hit on hard times. As you can see below the bridge the Pennsylvania Railroad is still going strong in the mid '50s where it just picked up a string of freight cars dropped off earlier by the ENEPTA switcher.
